- │ BAKTIME.EXE, Ver 1.3, (c) 1989-93, Haris Courouclis (CADMOS), (301) 361 1030 │
- │ │
- │ FORMAT: BAKTIME FileSpec [[Path\]Ext] [/A] │
- │ │
- │ BAKTIME will change the date/time stamp of FileSpec to the date and time +1 │
- │ Dos file time unit (0.02 seconds) of a matching BAK file. │
- │ This is usefull when after a minor change to a file, we want to keep its old │
- │ date and time and still be able to process it with programs such as PKZIP -n │
- │ that will depend on finding a newer date to include such a file. │
- │ │
- │ If Ext is supplied, then a FileSpec.Ext will be used instead of FileSpec.BAK │
- │ If /A is specified, then you will be asked to confirm each date change. │
- │ Example: BAKTIME \utils\*.exe \pascal\pas /a │
- │ will change the date of those EXE files in \UTILS having a corresponding PAS │
- │ file in \pascal, with confirmation. │
- │ │
- │ Smart WildCards are supported (S*T matches SMART, not SOME that DOS would). │
